  • We’re also introducing new metrics to Facebook Creator Monetization so creators can better understand their earnings, learn how to increase views on their content, and earn more as a result.
  • Facebook paid content creators nearly $3 billion in 2025 — a 35% increase from the previous year and its highest annual total ever.

Today, we’re launching Creator Fast Track, a new program designed to help creators accelerate their growth and success on Facebook with guaranteed pay and increased content reach. This new program comes as part of Facebook’s growing commitment to and investment in the creator economy.

Grow Your Audience and Earnings Faster

We’ve heard from creators who have built followings on other platforms about how daunting it can feel to start fresh on Facebook, so we’re introducing the Creator Fast Track program to simplify and accelerate their start.

Creator Fast Track makes it easier than ever for established creators who are new to or rediscovering Facebook to grow and succeed on the platform. Creators in the program will receive increased reach on eligible reels to help speed up their follower growth and three months of guaranteed pay for sharing eligible reels on Facebook.

Creators in the program can earn $1,000 per month if they have at least 100,000 followers on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube, or $3,000 per month if they have more than one million followers on at least one of those platforms. The program also gives creators immediate access to Facebook Content Monetization, so they can earn even more and continue earning from their eligible content even after the Creator Fast Track program ends.

Total Creator Payouts Reach an All-Time High

Facebook is investing more to help creators earn from what they do best: creating content their communities love. In 2025, Facebook paid content creators nearly $3 billion from its creator monetization programs — a 35% increase from the previous year and its highest annual total ever.

Creators don’t earn just from videos on Facebook. The Facebook Content Monetization program pays creators for every eligible format: short- and long-form videos (Reels), Stories, and photo and text posts. And the numbers back this up — last year, 60% of Facebook’s total payout to creators went to reels while the rest went to Stories, photos, and text posts.

The ability to monetize a variety of content formats is opening doors for creators everywhere, enabling those without large production resources to turn their creative work into a full-time career or a rewarding side hustle. The number of creators earning more than $10,000 annually on Facebook has grown by over 30% year-over-year.

New Metrics For Success

Facebook Content Monetization pays creators based on the performance of their content. Moving forward, we’re going to put even greater emphasis on rewarding original content creators for driving deeper engagement, longer watch time, and qualified views.

To help creators better understand their earnings and explore strategies to improve their content’s performance, we’re introducing new metrics, including:

While Facebook Content Monetization is invite-only, creators can express interest by going to their Professional Dashboard on the Facebook mobile app, selecting the Monetization tab, then Content Monetization, and completing the interest form.
