You’ll see challenges appear in your feed as the creators you follow launch them. To join a fan challenge, click the challenge hashtag on a creator’s post, reel, or another fan’s entry to create and share your own take.
Entries with the most reactions will appear on the fan challenge leaderboard, which you can find on the challenge homepage, a central place to discover and engage with other fan posts and where creators can interact with you. In the last three months, over 1.5 million entries have been submitted by fans to challenges, generating comments and reactions from over 10 million people while helping creators generate buzz and momentum around their chosen topics. Creators can use fan challenges to amplify their brands, activate new campaigns, and drive engagement when it makes most sense for them.
Be Recognized for Your Superfan Status With Custom Top Fan Badges
We’re making top fan badges even more special, giving you new ways to express your superfan status and be recognized by the creators you love. You can earn a top fan badge by regularly engaging with your favorite creators’ content, whether they’re musicians, entertainers, or athletes. Once you’ve accepted a badge, it will appear next to your comments on the creator’s Page — you can also display the badges you’ve earned on your own profile.
If you’re following creators who have personalized their top fan badge, get ready for an upgrade. When a customized version is available, you’ll receive a notification to accept your new badge. Accept it and you can show off your custom top fan badge via a ready-made post. You’ll be joining over 500 million fans globally that have accepted a “custom top fan badge” or a “top fan badge” on Facebook.
